Replace Copper/Aluminum of Chimney

We first Remove the old Copper/Aluminum from the chimney and replace it sometimes you need to rebuild your chimney if it is in very bad condition. We replace your chimney cap if it doesn't have one of its damaged.

Replace Roof

We remove the old roof and add the new one. And we replace the caps or valleys of the roof. They can do small jobs like patching a small section of the roof and putting a new roof on it.

We change the power fan we plug it in from the attic and we replace the old one and put a new one. We have another option from a solar panel power one instead of the electric-powered one.

Pipe Replacement

Replace Flat Roof EPDM

The old flat roof needs to be taken off. Before we install the EPDM roof, we first install the new insulation. In order to prevent the insulation from moving or popping out when a new roof is installed, we fasten it in place with screws and plates. after the new flat roof has been installed.

Replace Roofing Torch flat Roof

We remove the old flat roof. We install the first layer called stick and peel roof underlayment for more extra protection from the snow and ice. Then we install the flat roof called GAF Liberty SBS Self-Adhering Cap Sheet.
